WEB migration due to Bill retirement

The INTDS web site has migrated from a server at Indiana University where it was hosted for over 10 years to the new server at University of Warsaw as Bill Lozowski, who was the creator and first webmaster of this site, is retiring from the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility and will be leaving not only target preparation activities but the Society as well.

Bill, thank you very much for your great work in creating and maintaining our web site for all those years.
Let me take the opportunity to thank you as well for all years of your devoted service to the Society as Director, Vice-president and President (1994 –1998), and last but not least as the Corresponding Secretary/Treasurer.
