Election of Directors
At the fall of 2024 the term of four INTDS directors (currently held by Matthew Gott, Argonne National Laboratory, USA; Ntombizonke Kheswa, iThemba LABS, South Africa; Goedele Sibbens, EC-JRC, Geel, Belgium and Masahiro Yoshimoto, J-PARC Center, Japan) will expire and new directors had to be elected by the members of the Society. The nominating committee (Bettina Lommel – Chair, with Wim Weterings, and Emilio A. Maugeri,) presents a selection of candidates for your consideration. While these candidates come highly recommended, INTDS members retain the freedom to vote for any other INTDS member of their choosing, provided that the nominee agrees to the nomination and can fulfil the duties of a board member as outlined in the by-laws (available at www.intds.org). Should members wish to nominate an alternative candidate, a written agreement signed by the nominee must be submitted to Bettina Lommel (B.Lommel@gsi.de), Chair of the Nominating Committee, no later than May 10th, 2024.
